Zuimez - Technical Design Intern

During my time at Zumiez, I accomplished over 90 projects, attended 15 meetings, assisted in two fit meetings, and ran a fit session by myself. Key projects I worked on were accurately measuring vendor samples checking against the tech pack and noting changes needed on sample or tech pack. I organized samples and fabric binders. I also learned about TAC reports and the design process. During my design job shadows, I learned the importance of trend research, the relation between buyer and designer, and the significance of Adobe Illustrator.
