Savage X Fenty - Assistant Technical Designer

  • Completed RISE Manager Training on Emotional Intelligence, Managing Up, Influence & Negotiation, and Conflict Management

  • Managed an intern from June 2022 to August 2022, mentored her on how to network in the industry/in the office, and taught her how to be a tech through measuring samples, fitting the samples on a model, and using Centric PLM to write comments.

  • Managing 40 styles per season where I partner with design, product development, cross-functional teams, and vendors from initial concept through production achieving design aesthetic, cost, and successful fit

  • Created Technical Design Manual for new hire education and continuously update and add relevant information

  • Manage 11 fit models and their respective schedules to coordinate fit time on a weekly basis based on tech needs

  • Network, research, and call agencies to discover fresh fit models requiring me to negotiate model rates for open positions

  • Organize model castings including the scheduling of time, taking, and analyzing of model measurements, screening of relevant experience, and their compatibility with Savage X Fenty goals and values.

  • Recipient of the 2022 Culture Champion Award as a result of my portrayal of passion and enthusiasm for the brand and its creative innovation.
