Life Mission: Make garments to inspire others to see their beauty & power within.

The Cathedral
Senior Collection 2019
While I was a senior at Washington State University, I developed a collection of five lingerie outfits. My inspiration was my time studying abroad in London, UK. My flat was a short walk to Saint Paul's Cathedral. I was enchanted by the history, gilded gold, and stained glass masterpieces. During my time at London College of Fashion, I learned from the master corsetier Mister Pearl the in's and out's of corsetry construction.
Design Process
Once I got back from my study abroad experience, I started dreaming and sketching garments. I knew I wanted corsets in my collection, and I had two ideas about where to draw my inspiration. My first idea was London. St. Paul’s Cathedral was so enticing, and the attitudes of the Londoner were carefree or very posh. My other inspiration idea was The Palace of Versace. The florals around the grounds and in the décor of Marie Antoinette’s housing was breathtaking with the gold embellishments. In the end, I chose London but created a side collection inspired by the Palace of Versace found under Projects. Fitting the corsets to my models took about five fittings to get the garment perfect.
Tech Pack
Through my course learnings in college as well as personal learning through books, networking, and online courses I have learned about the lingerie tech pack. I look forward to learning more about the lingerie industry in my next internship or job.
Fashion Show &Â Photoshoot
My collection walked down the runway during the 36th Annual Mom’s Weekend Fashion Show. At the end of the fashion show, my full bust corset won the best single garment construction. Emily Roy was the Hair and Makeup stylist for my models. During the photoshoot, Eilish Rising was the photographer, and I did the hair and makeup of my models. My models are (in order of fashion show) Jordan Graham, Sadarya Wright, Jenson Landon, Grace Finch, and Kate Gianni.
